Park Fitness Eugene is a cooperative, outdoor, fitness group instructed and managed by volunteers. Classes are circuit based, using minimal equipment (mat, hand weights and a jump rope) that members bring each day. Work outs have been written by a Certified Personal Trainer. During the course of the week, all major muscle groups of the body are worked. The circuit based curriculum also allows each member to work at their own pace and fitness level. All fitness levels can be accommodated.
New members must arrive 10 minutes before class begins (5:50 am) for a brief orientation. Please email to make an appointment and to get specific directions to the meeting place within the park.
